Systems carries automated gate
operators that can be used on swing gates, bi-parting gates, sliding
gates and telescoping gates. Options include operators for light
traffic, heavy-duty machines and barrier arms. We offer free
consultation with our gate experts to help best explain the many
options that you may encounter in automating your existing gate or in
designing new gates for your property. Some of the most common
applications of access control systems are shown below.
Slide Gate
Operators:
A slide
operator is used when there is limited space behind the secured
facility, so the gate runs parallel to the fence or wall. These Slide
Gate Operators range from light to heavy-duty depending on the size of
the entrance and quantity of open/close cycles.
|
Commercial
Slide Gate Operator:
Slide gate operators are for heavy-traffic applications and high-demand
customers including large development and management companies,
prestigious residential gated communities, and custom home builders.

Residential
Slide Gate Operator:
This slide gate operator for single family residences. Designed for
super-quiet and reliable performance, it can handle up to 70 cycles per
day with gates weighing up to 800 lbs. and up to 20 feet in length.
What makes this system truly unique is its long list of built- in
safety and convenience features. It is equipped with an automatic
closing timer, safety reversing sensor, electronic shutoff and may be
set up with an optional safety loop system.

Swing Gate Operators:
A swing
operator is used when a gate (or two gates) open inward or outward away
from the wall. These Swing Gate Operators range from light to
heavy-duty depending on the size of the entrance and quantity of
open/close cycles.

|
Commercial
Swing Gate Operator:
Swing gate operators are for heavy-traffic applications such as large
gated communities, residential developments, commercial complexes, and
private estates. This gate operator is designed with a "non-scissor
action" swing arm to greatly reduce the risk of injury.

Residential
Swing Gate Operator:
This swing gate operator is for single family residences and
residential complexes up to 15 units. Designed for super-quiet
operation, it can handle up to 250 cycles per day (when used with a
plug-in transformer) with gates weighing up to 400 lbs. and up to 16
feet in length. It is designed with a "non-scissor action" swing arm to
greatly reduce the risk of injury. The system features a DC motor with
a 12-volt, 7-amp hour battery for dependable operation, even when the
power goes out.

Residential
Linear Gate Operator:
The DC-powered swing gate operator designed to deliver smooth,
ultra-quiet performance. With state-of-the-art features like a battery
backup, anti-theft alarm system, variable speeds and optional solar
panels, this gate operator makes security smart.

Residential Subterranean
(Underground) Gate Operator:
This
gate operator is installed
underground making it virtually invisible and satisfies the most
sophisticated automation needs without being detrimental to the
original gate design. Invisible and powerful, the motor/drive mechanism
is constructed in die-cast aluminum with a special corrosion-proof
treatment, and because the drive unit is gear driven, there is no need
to worry about hydraulic leaks, check valves or pumps. The underground
self-supporting foundation box is built from corrosion-proof steel and
has a galvanized steel cover. A lockable manual release lever is
designed so that it can be operated from inside or outside the gate.
This
operator features built in
limit switches that precisely control the start / stop speed, and
travel of your gate. The microprocessor based electronic control board
provides many advanced features typically not found in operators in
this class, and with a 24 volt DC operating voltage, it is ideal for
residential applications.

Heavy-Duty
High-Cycle Trolley Gate Operator:
High cycle trolley operator are designed for use on high-traffic gates
and low-profile applications. Specifically engineered to meet the needs
of apartment houses, condominiums and low-clearance installations, this
model delivers unsurpassed safety, dependability and quiet operation.
It is a heavy-duty, high-traffic operator designed with many exclusive
features, including a Security+®
receiver, built-in electronic reversing device, heavy-duty track and
keyed trolley assembly. The gate operator is designed for installation
in even the tightest applications. At only 8 inches high, it's up to 10
inches shorter than other overhead operators. In addition, it's
extremely quiet so as not to disturb tenants living directly above the
garage. For added safety, it includes a key release feature for instant
access in case of power failure. And all components are fully enclosed
to greatly reduce the risk of injury.

Barrier Gate Operators:
Barrier
operators are used for
high-traffic, frequently accessed sites, such as airports, parking
lots, or office buildings.

|
High
Performance Commercial DC Barrier Gate Operator:
These DC-powered gate operators are designed with a 24V DC (1/2 HP
equivalent) motor and provide exceptional starting torque and
continuous operation, making them ideal for most applications. The
heavy-duty motor supports 6,000 cycles per day with an operator speed
of 2.5 seconds to open or close. Built-in battery backup provides
seamless operation of the gate operator and all DC control and sensing
devices in the event of a power loss.
